Cut.down the side if a paper grocery sack to the base cut all.along the bottom to cut.out the bottom
Cut strips.down the strips.one and half.inches wide about 19 strips
Fold.into thirds.
For the three strips for the sides.of the.basket you need to.cut a strip in half and attach those halves to each end..of a strip to make it longer then it will wrap around the side if the basket!
You.need six by six weaved for the bottom to start
Glue each corner with hot glue
Fold up every other strip and start weaving the side strips around the basket stopping at each corner to glue to hold in place
To finish fold in two strips twisted for the handle into two strips on opposite sides of the basket
Then go around to each top if the strip along the basket and fold over gluing in place.
